In this, the last book in Annabel Rose's Club Corporal trilogy, we have moved several years forward in time. One of the girls has been rushed to hospital after a road accident and, in the space of one remarkable week, Mr M is confronted with a series of events that cause him to think again about some of the people and relationships that he has been taking for granted. New encounters rekindle old passions, and some of his earlier experiences in the edgier world of BDSM return to present him with new alternatives.
The 'last orders' of the title may not be simply the instructions that Mr M issues to his girls as he considers retirement. Behind the usual lascivious action of the story, we gain the distinct impression that the author may be calling time on the Club Corporal saga itself. In the closing chapters, as the Annabel Rose character finally says goodbye to her 'hero' Mr M, we realise that Annabel Rose the author may be closing a significant chapter in her own life as well.

Hi there! My name is Sally, or 'Schoolgirl Sally' as I am often called around here! Of course, I’m not really a schoolgirl any more. Nor am I a maid, or a nurse, or any of the other things I'm asked to dress up as. That's just what we do here at Club Corporal.
